Hello (: Meet my new gym buddy, commonly known as the foam roller. Am so glad the school gym actually stocks up on these! Headed to the gym after class today and I managed to grab hold of one.
I’ve a love-hate relationship with this gym buddy of mine though, cause it hurts really badly when I “roll” on it using the outside of my thighs. But then I remember what my secondary school PE teacher used to tell us – “there’s always good pain”
Hopefully it’ll resolve my IT band issues soon, because I’d get very very depressed if I can’t go on my long runs hahaha.
Ordered some KT tape online too!
Hopefully it’ll all work out and I’ll feel well enough to go for another half marathon during sundown 😀
